So, you are having a party soon, and have a list as long as your arm (or even longer). Maybe you have thrown a party in the past and experienced how much time consuming all the planning and prepping can be (not to mention the after party tear down/clean up that needs to be done!). You clicked on this link because your dream party is one where you can just show up with everything already planned, prepared, and set up for you and you really want to be a guest at your own event.

The SARSIES PARTIES ULTIMATE PARTY PACKAGE is what you need. This package allows you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the festivities. We will coordinate and plan your party for you and assist you during your event. All these and more in one unique party package.

You provide the food and venue, we can provide everything else!

COLORFUL AND FESTIVE DECORATIONS

      GIFT TABLE/WELCOME TABLE SET UP
      A 4-6 ft table with coordinating linens and a simple balloon table décor to welcome your guests as they arrive

      WELCOME POSTER
      A professionally designed and printed poster. The dimensions are 18"x24".

      CAKE TABLE
      We will set up a stylish 6 ft cake table complete with coordinating linens, personalized dessert labels, dessert platters
      candy jars as needed, and theme coordinated props

      BACKDROP
      A theme coordinated backdrop will be set up to compliment the cake table

      4 BALLOON POMPOM/TOPIARY COLUMNS
      A cluster of colorful balloons will sit atop a tulle decorated stand. About 5-6 ft tall each.

      1 MILESTONE POSTER
      A display of some fun facts about the star of day, the birthday child. Our Milestone posters are professionally
      designed and printed. The dimensions are 18"x24".

      10 ALTERNATING BALLOON CENTERPIECES
      Accentuate your guest tables with colorful centerpieces. Each centerpiece  will be an arrangement of balloons
      on a colorful base (5 tall and 5 short balloon centerpiece)

      10 ROUND or RECTANGULAR DISPOSABLE GUEST TABLE LINENS

      BUFFET TABLE SET UP
      2 sets of rectangular disposable table linen with skirts (ivory color)

      FAVOR TABLE SET UP
      A 4-6 ft table with coordinating linens and a simple balloon table décor
      to put your favor bags on.

      24 FAVOR SETS
      An assortment of small toys and snacks or 1 big toy per child arranged in a paper bag and
      finished with a personalized tag

THE FUN THINGS WE CAN PROVIDE

ACTIVITY STATIONS (1.5 hr , CHOOSE 4 activity stations, add $60/additional station)

     CRAFT TABLE and BALLOON BAR
     This activity is always a big hit with kids! A craft table with age appropriate
     activities will be set up for the kids to do during your party. Activities included
     are sticker making, scratch art, decorate your crown/hat etc.
     BALLOON BAR
     This is our alternative to balloon twisting. We will set up a
     table with balloon options so kids can "design" their own
     balloons and we will inflate it for them.

     SIMPLE FACE PAINTING or GLITTER TATTOOS
     Your little guests can choose from our catalog of simple face    
     painting designs or cheek art. This activity can be substituted
     with Glitter Tattoos (which can last for days!) at your request.

     TODDLER PLAY
     Recommended for your guests 2 and below.
     A fenced 6'x9' area will be set up complete with foam mats
     a small ball pit, 2 ride on toys, and 5 soft giant blocks .
     Parental supervision is required at all times.

     FAMILY PLAY/GIANT GAMES
     At Sarsie's Parties, we encourage families to play together. We
     will be bring 3 giant games that will encourage both parents
     and kids to play. Games may include Giant checkers, ring toss
     giant ball drop, 4 in a row, or jenga. (Ages 4 up)

     BUBBLE PLAY (recommended for outdoors only)
     These are not your ordinary bubbles. This is an interactive activity
      that can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. We bring different sized
      wands, including ones that can make giant bubbles, bubble solution
     and a bubble machine. We will even be there to show guests
     how to make giant bubbles.


ENTERTAINMENT

      1/2 HOUR GAME COORDINATION/HOSTING
     Our staff will be coordinating 2-3 party games for your little guests.
     You won't have to worry about the prizes because we will
      provide them as well.

      1 HR MAGIC SHOW/ENTERTAINER (additional charge may apply depending on entertainer rates)
      We will end your party with an awesome performer. We can arrange for an entertainer to come to your event
      and entertain your special guests.

      3.5 HR OPEN PHOTO BOOTH
      Everyone, even the adults, can have fun at your party! We will be providing a simple backdrop and fun props.
      You and your guests provide the smiles. We will be bringing enoughsupply for up to 150 prints. Your guest
      can take home the prints as a keepsake and all the soft copy of the photos will be given to you at the end of the party.



THE SANITY SAVING SERVICES THAT WE WILL PROVIDE


      STAFF PHOTOGRAPHER 
      One of our staff will be taking your photos during your event while you mingle and have fun with your guests.
     All photo files will be given to you on a USB stick at the end of your event.

     3 PARTY COORDINATORS
      Our coordinators will be helping the kids with the activities and play area, host the games, and assist you
     during the event. We can also refill your food and drinks, and and help you with the clean up after your event.

     DÉCOR SET UP AND TEAR DOWN
      No need to rush on the morning of your event, we will make sure that all the décor set up is taken care of. All you have to do is       show up. At the end of your event, we are quite sure that all the entertaining and mingling with your guests has left you all                   partied out. No worries, we will also tear down the decorations for you so you can JUST sit back and (finally) relax after all your       guests have left.

     PLANNING AND STYLING SERVICES

      We want to you to be stress free during the planning process as well. We can take care of the preparations for
     your event --- from creating a design concept for your event, researching and sourcing all the materials, buying
     the materials, packaging the favors, cutting and printing all the labels and posters, coordinating the vendors
     preparing all the final materials/decor needed for the event, and everything in between. We want to make sure
     that you can be guest at your own event and that your party will truly be a memorable one for you and your guests.
